Just below David's hand is the yummy (and tres rich) Italian Cream Cake that Bonnie acquired from her favorite wonderful bakery, Ambrosia.  Bonnie made the arrangements with the nursing home and coordinated the party.  In a quiet momen in her room, Aunt Lucille said: "I don't know what I would do without Bonnie."  That was good for devoted daughter Bonnie to hear because she has been a great care-giver to her mom.  However, the whole family has pitched in to take care of Medicaid, housing complexities, etc.  Not to mention mutual support and love... and a lot of long distance phone calls to and from San Francisco where my cousin Rodger resides.
